Crofters Carvery

Absolutely a gem of a place. We both had BBQ chicken skewers. The side of Salsa Creole was amazing so we're the skewers. Lovely cheesecake for afters. Don't read any of the negative reviews, they are all rubbish.

Lovely staff, very generous with the carvery and was very nice. For 14 really can’t beat it.

Great food, great price, great service – what more could you want?Popped in here one windy and rather chilly weekday while we were exploring Sheringham to pick up some lunch. The menu had encouraged us in, as had the rather tasty looking roasts on the counter. As it was only a lunch we decided to be good and not have the full carvery – but I confess it was a close run thing! Instead we both went for the Yorkshire pudding wraps (one with beef, the other turkey) – and wow, what a treat! Stuffed with oodles of delicious meats, topped with stuffing balls and little roast potatoes, along with lashings of scrumptious thick gravy. To say that they hit the spot on a rather bracingly cool day, would be an understatement. Service was fast, friendly and efficient – and the availability of various sauces on the side perfect. I will undoubtedly be back here – probably to give the full carvery a go – when I’m next in the area, as the satisfied glow we both emerged from as we left was delightful! Thanks to the whole team for making ours a great dining experience.

Crofters Carvery , Sherringham, Norfolk. Stopped here with friends on a miserable rainy day and it cheered us up enormously. The food was cooked to perfection and I had what was the best tasting piece of beef that I have eaten in many a long day. My friends all said the same about their meals. We all felt that we couldn’t recommend Crofters highly enough. For food this good the price was a bargain. Don’t miss this if ever you visit Sherringham. Only sad that we can’t be regulars as we live in Kent.

Lovely, unpretentious eatery. Chef who cut the meats for our carvery meal is a real gentleman. Staff courtesy, food excellent and at a reasonable price. Have recommend to friends and family. Unfortunately no photos of our meals as we ate them too quickly!

We had a great meal at Crofters restaurant It made a lovely change from traditional fish and chips.The carvery had three choices of meat and lots of vegetables to choose from.A hidden gem in Sheringham!

A lovely carvery meal! 3 meats and 3 veggie alternatives (grilled haloumi skewer, veggie burger and bean roast - cooked to order) with unlimited freshly prepared vegetables. Everything tasted fresh and hot.It’s a small restaurant so book to guarantee a table. Our server was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going again!

What a place! Fantastic carvery. We had four different meats. We were told that we could have more if we wanted, but despite me being a greedy B*stard I was stuffed on the first trip to the counter! Highly recommended and we will be back soon.
